ASC Factory Cat is a leading national supplier of industrial and commercial scrubbers and sweepers in Australia.

With our branch offices located throughout the country, we cater to all industry markets both (large and small), looking for new scrubbing and sweeping machines, rentals or leasing, regular servicing and spare parts.

Factory Cat sweepers and floor scrubbers are built by the R.P.S. Corporation incorporated in Wisconsin since 1986. Factory Cat manufactures battery floor scrubbers, battery floor sweepers and battery sweeper / scrubber combination floor machines for the industrial sector. Its principals have been in the industrial floor cleaning machine business since 1980.

The battery powered floor scrubber and floor sweeper models we manufacture fit a niche in the industrial cleaning equipment industry that we pretty much invented: battery powered, high-performance, compact floor sweepers and floor scrubbers for industry. Our battery floor sweepers and battery floor scrubbers continue to be exceptionally well received, and are the reason we can claim to be the fastest growing industrial floor equipment manufacturer in this business.

At present, Factory Cat manufactures some 40 models, including walk-behind sweeper and scrubber models and rider sweeper and rider scrubber models. three ranges each of walk-behind and rider scrubbers, and combination units that both sweep and scrub simultaneously. Historically, each of our models has come to enjoy a leadership position in most of the markets we serve.

Factory Cat battery sweepers and automatic scrubbers are all manufactured in Wisconsin, USA. They are sold through some 300 dealer locations in 35 countries.

Production Quality

ASC Factory Cat designs and manufactures its own machinery. Simplicity is a hallmark of our designs. We take extra pains to design-out non-essential parts. This simplicity permits us to use better materials throughout, while, often, offering better prices than competition can achieve.

On the manufacturing front, we cut and bend fabricated parts using numerically controlled machinery. Our fit and finish standards set the pace for the industry. We enjoy economies of scale, relative to our industry, by making fewer models, and selling more examples of each of them than is the norm. We believe our productivity per employee to be the industry’s highest, and superior by a considerable margin.

ASC Factory Cat machines are all manufactured in Wisconsin, USA. They are sold through some 140 North American dealer locations. We are also sold across much of Europe, in Australia, and in parts of Asia and Latin America.
